We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely convinced by an item, we grant a voluntary right of return of 30 days from receipt of goods for the order of non-individualised articles, in addition to the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. To use the right of withdrawal it is sufficient if you return the goods to us within this period.

Please return your item in the original packaging with their tags. Please note, all items for refund or exchange must be both unworn and unwashed and in a re-sellable condition. Only then can we resell the item to another customer. Any non-faulty items that are not in a condition suitable for resale (i.e. washed, soiled, or damaged), will not be refunded and be sent back to you.

Return for Exchange

You want to exchange your ordered item for another size or color? Please email us at [email protected] with your order number and the word “exchange” in the subject. We will then follow up with a return form via email. Please fill out the form and enclose it in the package and return the goods at your expense. We will return the new article to you free of charge.

Return for Refund

Do you want to return the ordered item and get a refund? Please email us at [email protected] with your order number and the word “refund” in the subject line. We will then follow up with a return form via email. Please fill out the form and enclose it in the package and return the goods at your expense.

Faulty Goods

You want to return an item due to a manufacturing defect or wrong delivery? If we accidentally delivered an incorrect or defective item, you will not incur any return costs. Items that are damaged due to excessive or long-term usage are not considered faulty. Please email us at [email protected]with your order number and the word “Faulty Goods” in the subject line. We will then follow up with a return form via email and send your product to us free of charge.

Please note

The sender is responsible for sufficient postage and the payment of all customs duties and other fees for all returns due exchange or refund. Packages that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.
