New Shipping Prices Policy, effective date June 1st 2024

International:

Free shipping to Singapore and Malaysia on all orders above US$200.00

Free shipping to most Asian countries on orders over US$ 200.00

Free shipping to the USA, Australia, New Zealand, Canada and, Mexico on orders over US$200.00

Free shipping to Europe on orders over US$100.00

Free shipping to most other countries, including some Asian countries US$200 US$ will definitely be shown at the checkout page before making payment.

Please take note, free shipping rates are calculated on item prices after discount codes etc are applied.

Orders below US $250.00 will be charged with U$D30.00 – U$D50.00 depending on your region,

which you will be able to see at checkout before you make payment. We ship via  UPS, FedEx, DHL, Hermes and others

delivery times vary between 1-5 working days. 

Additional Taxes

Import duties and taxes for Non-EU countries are not included in the shipping charges. Please check with your customs office to make sure what these additional costs will be before purchasing. Additional Taxes or import duties are normally collected by the shipping company or when you pick the item up. These charges are at buyer’s responsibility.

Please understand the above and do not blame us for those charges, we are not getting that money nor asking for those charges, they are implied by the authorities in your country.

If you reject the shipment and ask for a refund, because the duties are too high, we will deduct whatever the shipping cost has been. Thank you for your understanding.

Oh, one more thing, we do not know why your country charges duties on some shipments and no duties on shipments you may receive from other countries.

Please note:

We will dispatch orders on business days only. Business days are Tuesday to Friday. Please take this into account when placing orders over the weekend. An order placed on Sunday evening may only be shipped Wednesday
