New Shipping Prices Policy, effective date October 1st, 2023

 

Malaysia

Free shipping within Malaysia for orders above MYR100.00.

Orders below MYR100.00 will be charged MYR10.00 for mainland and RM15.00 for East Malaysia

 

International:

Free shipping worldwide on all orders above US$250.00.

Orders below US $250.00 will be charged with U$D30.00 – U$D50.00 depending on your region which you will be able to see at checkout before you make payment.

Additional Taxes

Import duties and taxes for Non-EU countries are not included in the shipping charges. Please check with your customs office to make sure what these additional costs will be before purchasing. Additional Taxes or import duties are normally collected by the shipping company or when you pick the item up. These charges are at buyer’s responsibility.

Please understand the above and do not blame us for those charges, we are not getting that money nor asking for those charges, they are implied by the authorities in your country.

If you reject the shipment and ask for a refund, because the duties are too high, we will deduct whatever the shipping cost has been. Thank you for your understanding.

Oh, one more thing, we do not know why your country charges duties on some shipments and no duties on shipments you may receive from other countries.

All orders are dispatched out of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

We will dispatch orders on business days only. Business days are Tuesday to Friday. Please take this into account when placing orders over the weekend. An order placed on Sunday evening may only be shipped Wednesday
